Key Account/Project Management
Our client ordering process is managed by one of our key account managers, who is assigned to your service and is dedicated to your business needs. Their role encompasses:
- Liaising with the client's facilities or project manager and their team regarding project planning
- Processing all orders through our factory production cycle
- Monitoring production to ensure it meets the onsite timing programmes
- Ensuring delivery to site is met on time and coincides with installers and your systems/data team or contractors
- Arranging onsite installation
- Following up on maintenance items
- Dealing with changes and technical issues
- Invoicing against orders, ensuring the smooth flow of payment processing
This client liaison works to ensure that all external timeframes and delivery expectations are met.
